Postage

Orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 48, from £4.40 and free once you're over £60.00. We post from Margate within a week of payment clearing, usually sooner, and email you the tracking number when it leaves.

Packing

Consoles travel double-boxed with the leads bagged separately; cabinet parts get wrapped so nothing rattles. If it arrived damaged in the post, photograph the box and tell us within three days and we'll chase the carrier and sort you out.

Changed your mind

You've thirty days from delivery to send it back for a refund — longer than the fourteen the Consumer Contracts Regulations require. Drop a line first for the return address, send it back in the state it left us, and we'll refund the item price once it's here. Return postage is on you unless the thing was faulty or wrongly described.

If it develops a fault

Tested machines carry a 90-day warranty on top of your statutory rights. If one plays up in that window, email the counter — we'll cover return postage, fix it on the bench or refund it. Parts and spares sold as-is are outside the warranty, which is why the card always says which it is.
