The terms you buy under

These terms cover anything you buy or reserve from Loot Lad Ltd (company number 09614733), trading as Loot Lad at 11 Marine Drive, Margate CT9 1DH.

Prices & stock

Prices on the floor are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The shop is small and most machines are one-offs, so a thing can sell in the time it takes to email — a reservation is held for three days while we agree the details.

Reserving & paying

There's no card terminal on the website. You tell the counter what you want, we confirm the price and postage, and we send payment instructions by email — card, PayPal, Apple Pay or bank transfer. The order is only firm once payment clears; in the shop you can pay by card or cash and walk out with it.

Posting

We send by Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £4.40, and it's free once your order passes £60.00. Full detail is on the postage & returns page.

Condition

Everything sold as working has been powered up at the bench and carries a 90-day warranty. Parts and spares are sold as described, as-is, for repair or building — the card and listing say which.

Your rights

Nothing here cuts across the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If goods aren't as described or develop a fault, your statutory remedies stand on top of our own 90-day cover.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
